A local recreation area with a large playground and lawns. It borders directly on the Rhine promenade, from where you can hike or walk towards the new Rheinfelden hydroelectric power station. From the city park it is just a stone's throw to the stork's nest tower, through which you can enter Rheinfelden's old town. The park is also home to the charming “Stadtpark/ Gottesackerkapelle”.
