The park offers several recreational facilities such as baseball/softball fields, basketball courts, beach volleyball courts, cricket pitches, soccer fields, a golf course, and a skate park, to name a few. Additionally, the park provides several harbors and public beaches for water activities.

Belmont Harbor Dog Beach is a fully fenced dog beach in Lincoln Park on the shores of Lake Michigan and is a small dog oasis where dogs can run, play, and swim off-leash. The beach is very clean, and parking is free from Monday to Saturday, but a $10 fee is required on Sundays. It is located right next to the Lakefront Trail, making it a great pit stop for your pup during a run. Remember to keep your dog on a leash when entering and exiting the fenced area and everywhere outside of it.
