As I always say, you don't necessarily have to climb the most famous and most visited peaks (here, Moucherolle and Veymont) to have a sensational mountain experience. Great views across the entire range!

The road is very lightly trafficked, winding and in perfect condition. A real treat ! The view of the southern Vercors is superb

Steep last bends from the pass on a very grassy track, it's for the strong. But the reward: What a 360° panorama at the top!

Climb the summit from the northeast side. From here the path becomes increasingly steeper and more demanding. Approximately T4+ to T5 (climbing I+).

The mountain top La Peyrouse is located at an altitude of 1711m. Easily accessible via MTB route 10. It is sometimes difficult to cycle on the path from the top of Beauregard. Once on the La Peyrouse, the view is magnificent. The descent that follows is spectacular. Before you know it you are back at the bottom of the mountain.

A quiet road above the main road between Monteynard and La Motte-d'Aveillans, and below La Peyrouse. There are views of Mont Aiguille in the distance as you head towards Monteynard. In the other direction you have towards Le Grand Serre.

Very nice little easy hike done on the 1st day of winter. Very beautiful 360 ° panorama with a view of Grenoble and the Chartreuse, the Vercors, the Dévoluy and the Massif de l'Obiou and the Belledonne chain.
