An intensive coordination process for the construction of a second trail has been underway since spring 2023. Now the decision-makers have given the green light: both the permission from the city of Lörrach and the forestry approval from the Lörrach district office have been granted. The planned second trail is located on Riederfeld and starts in the immediate vicinity of Hühnerbergweg. The uphill is planned across the DHBW site. According to current plans, the route is to be divided into four sections and aimed more at advanced mountain bikers... Construction is scheduled to begin this year.
