A beautiful view of Geneva, or rather, its clouds.

Cycling down from Salève, this breathtaking view of the Geneva region and the lake is the final reward of this demanding climb. You can dream for a long time in front of this landscape, or have a drink, stretch out on the lawn, and watch the paragliders fly just above. This enchanting panorama is the first reward when you get on your bike. You'll find a table and a bench in the shade of a tree to enjoy the view while taking a break.

beautiful north ascent

The Bernex signal is a hill which rises to an altitude of 509 meters. It dominates the Aire plain and offers lovely views of Geneva's Champagne, the Salève and the Jura massif.

It is the second highest point in the canton of Geneva (510m) after Moniaz. You have to take a few steps on foot from the location of the must-see to reach the summit. There we discover a lovely panorama of the Geneva region. 4 orientation tables give us information on the fauna, the history of the region and some anecdotes.

The Salève cable car connects the summit of Salève to the Pas de l'Échelle below. It is a great place to stop and enjoy the views of Geneva, Lake Geneva and the Jura balconies.
