At the end of the path you can see the cliffs and the beach of Quiberville

Built on the foundations of an 11th century building, the beautiful church of Longueil was dedicated to Saint-Pierre in the 15th century and underwent major work in the 17th century.

The Sainte-Marguerite church dates from the 12th century. Its colorful style is due to the many renovations undergone over the centuries. Among its peculiarities, we can mention the absence of a transept, a spiral column covered with shells and its 11th century stones (sandstone and tuff). Some parts are very well preserved, such as the high altar and its Romanesque capitals. If you enter the building, you can admire the stained glass windows by Max Ingrand, works from the mid-20th century. A journey through time, before continuing your hike!

The 12th century village church was extensively renovated in the 16th century. The building has no transept. To the left of the nave, four arches* from the original sanctuary are still visible. The arches on the right date from 1528. Note also the second column on the right, a spiral column covered with shells. The main altar (1160), one of the few surviving examples from that period, has colonnaded Romanesque capitals.
