parts can be very muddy

Beautifully situated Vindskydd right on the river. With its own dock for kayaks/canoes. There's a fire pit and toilet (no firewood). Very quiet place, but unfortunately, trash is left lying around...which somewhat spoils the idyllic setting. EDIT: A few days later, everything was tidy again; it seems to be regularly maintained.

This stretch of road goes through hay farmland near Tysslingen lake. The nature reserve is famed for its spring bird migration, especially Whooper Swans. It's a very quiet road where you can enjoy the scenic landscape.

Nice stretch of double track along the Adrenalin Mountain Bike Trail. Signposts mark "MTB 5", and the trail goes through Ånnaboda and Garphyttan nature reserves. Nearby there is a fireplace shelter.

A beautiful square with many old buildings, the impressive town hall, a small shopping street, small shops and cafés.

Was a little bit early for sweden as it was still pretty wet in the foresty parts, but a great day with excellent MTB trails, and I will go back to finnish them off 1 by one :) Lovely place to visit if you have the possibility!
