Saint-Pair-sur-Mer is located on the high tide coast, 4 km south of Granville, the Monaco of the north, facing the Chausey Islands, an enchanting archipelago, and close to Mont-Saint-Michel. Backed by the countryside, open to the sea, the towns of Saint-Pair and Kairon offer a setting for holidays in the great outdoors, and offer a variety of leisure activities (sports, media library, casino, mini-golf). The 5 km of beach allow you to practice all water sports: swimming (with sea water retained), windsurfing, boating, fishing. The church would originally have been a monastery, founded in the 6th century by two missionaries, St. Paternus and St. Scubilianus. All that remains of the original church is a Romanesque bay under the bell tower and the 14th-century choir, which houses the sarcophagi (6th century) and recumbent statues (15th century) of the alleged founders. On the left choir pillar, see the polychrome wooden statue of Christ (14th century). The baptistery behind the altar has a stone baptismal font with a wooden lid. In the chapel, the vaulted tabernacle stands out, flanked by two gilded wooden statues (18th century) of Saints Laudo and Senier. The left side chapel, with a 16th-century statue of the Virgin Mary at the entrance, contains a reliquary of Saint Gaud, a former bishop of Evreux.

On a small country road, a traditional style mansion built between the Middle Ages and the 19th century. The guest house has a 40-hectare park with horses, a vegetable garden and orchards. It is possible to rent rooms.
