Lightness and elegance are the words that come to mind when describing the architecture of this 1903 building, characterized by numerous columns and arched vaults and its masonry in warm brick colors. The techniques used demonstrate boldness, ingenuity, and originality: reinforced concrete anchors (rebars) were installed to increase the compressive strength of the pillars and prevent cracks.

A beautiful place with good restaurants and a beach. There's a laundromat and shops for everything you need. The beach north of the harbor is definitely the nicer one.
