A beautiful and well thought out folding bench prevents you from getting a wet bottom. This is located below the Ahlbeck castle ruins.

There is not much to see of the former castle. The numerous information boards give you a good insight into the history of Hohenberg Castle. Benches with a great view invite you to linger

On the way up there are 6 display boards with information about the castle from construction to destruction. Very informative.

The best view of Sulz is from the Albeck ruins on the bench before descending again via the zigzag path in the forest.
