Wilford Suspension Bridge, built in 1906, is a historic pedestrian bridge over the River Trent in Nottingham, originally designed to carry a water pipeline. Its elegant suspension design makes it a local landmark, offering a scenic crossing for walkers and cyclists.

Cranfleet is a short navigational cut off the River Trent. There is a lock here to allow boats to pass.

This trail is 3km from Staunton Harold to Lount, and is a hard packed gravel surface. It winds its way through fields, pine forests, and silver birch. There are a few places where the trail floods but you can cycle through.

This is a gravel trail that connects the top part of the trail into a figure of eight type shape. Watch out for the pot holes on this section

An opportunity to flex the climbing muscles, or enjoy the rollercoaster descent!
