The Curva Parabolica (now officially Curva Alboreto) is the final, increasing-radius corner of the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, famous for being taken at full acceleration before the finishing straight. Built in 1955, it is an iconic high-speed circuit, named after the late racing driver Michele Alboreto since 2021.

The Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Carate Brianza is located in the hamlet of Agliate: this is why it is known as the Basilica of Agliate. Dating back to the early 11th century, it is a Romanesque basilica, attributable to the Ottonian architectural tradition (Ottonian art is that which extends from 887, the beginning of the Ottonian dynasty, to the year 1000). The walls are constructed of river pebbles and ashlars, bound with mortar. The façade is salient and reflects the three-nave structure, each with an entrance door. The central nave is raised above the side naves.

The Gardens of the Royal Villa of Monza are period gardens located in Monza, around the perimeter of the Royal Villa (mainly at the rear, on the northeast-facing sides). They form a single green space with the Monza Park, although they are actually separated from it by a fence—partly masonry, partly railings—which nevertheless has several entrances (both towards the park and towards the city), the gates of which are open at approximately the same times as the park.

In the center of town, on the right bank of the Martesana Canal, stands an imposing waterwheel (popularly known as a rudun) said to have been designed by Leonardo da Vinci himself. Despite appearances, the wheel is not a mill, but a noria. Its function, in fact, was never to grind grain or power machinery, but rather to lift water from the canal to channel it into an irrigation system.

Stunning; stop and see it. Inside, it's very unique, made entirely of stone. The bell tower, which you can admire on the right, is also beautiful.

It is a very beautiful cycle path even if in some parts and at some times there are also many pedestrians. But it is a nice ride to rediscover the Martesana

Nice gravel ride, from Gessate to Cremona. 95% on paved cycle paths and dirt road in the woods along the Adda. The first stretch from Cassano to Lodi is very nice, all in the woods, several single tracks with tall grass or "cycle path" but with a dirt surface. The river is almost always nearby. From Lodi to Cremona all on paved cycle path, elevated on cultivated fields and more exposed to the wind. Stops in Lodi, Pizzighettone and Cremona for visits. Return by train.
