The people of Heiligenstadt became aware of the artist Graham Jones through his designs for the Cochem church windows. His use of figurative forms and vibrant colors was very well received. Since 2011, the windows, depicting the Annunciation, Pentecost - the Mission of the Holy Spirit, and the Assumption, have adorned the Provost's Church.

A beautiful, shady bike path. Partially equipped with information boards and points of interest. Easy to ride, but the signage could be better. Tip: Plan ahead on Komoot and use your navigation system/mobile phone as well.

A very well-traveled route for leaving Göttingen in a southwesterly direction, without any traffic stress. This is especially true since the route is part of the Weser-Harz-Heide cycle path, which can be used from the cemetery in the city. You can follow the cycle path all the way to Hann. Münden. In that direction, you'll encounter the "Dransfelder Ramp" several times.
