We have been welcoming guests under our roof for over 200 years. On August 26, 2013, the house celebrated its 250th anniversary. We consistently offer regional cuisine based on regional products. Many of our dishes come from our own, organically managed vegetable and herb garden. All dishes are freshly prepared; please be aware of the resulting waiting times in advance. The Kneese Pome Fruit Manufactory is a small, fine business in the village of Kneese, dedicated to processing fruit from local orchards with great passion. The cider press was founded in 2009 and has operated under its current name since 2022, after expanding its product range to include cider and fermented fruit products.
