In 1862, the Ketzür master carpenter Friedrich Henkel erected the post mill in Ketzür, which until then had stood in Bornim. At the beginning of the 1920s, the mill was retrofitted so that it could be operated independently of wind until 1955. To prevent its decay after the mill's closure, the municipality purchased it in 2000, restored it according to historic preservation principles, and entrusted it to the mill association for use and maintenance.

A very beautiful autumn hike. Partly through the forest and deserted. Unfortunately, part of it also runs along the road. (We took a shortcut!) :-) Sturdy shoes and surefootedness are required, even when crossing fields and supply roads. Our highlight was Gutshof Stober. We had a very good meal there!

The Protestant St. Mary's Church, a single-nave, cruciform, vaulted brick building, was built in the 15th century in the late Gothic style as a pilgrimage church. The two towers were raised in the Baroque style and given onion domes in 1724. The west gable of the church features an outdoor pulpit, from which blessings were given to passing pilgrims and worshippers.

Little contact with the lake, unfortunately many private water properties without access.

At the Tremmen pilgrimage church, a brick structure with symbols is embedded in it. According to popular belief, a murderer was immured alive here. Another special feature is an outdoor pulpit for passing pilgrims and itinerant preachers.

A striking section of wall can be seen at the church in Tremmen. It is believed to be an execution site. Legend has it that a murderer was immured here.
