A very nice place to take a break, inviting you to linger. A self-service kiosk with drinks, cakes, and even hot meals is also available. There's also a restaurant.

A wonderful place to take a break - don't, like us, overlook the Feldsee because of all the "break" - which can be reached not far from here.

Unfortunately I didn't make it on my tour, but if you have the time, fitness and technical skills, you definitely have to go to the Hinterwaldkopf. From there you have a wonderful view of the Dreisamtal and the surrounding mountains

With a water area of 5.14 km² and a depth of 62 m, the Schluchsee is the largest Black Forest lake and is also the largest lake in Baden-Württemberg. The Schluchsee as the water sports center in the Black Forest has been one of the cleanest bathing lakes in Germany for years.
