Unfortunately, there's barely a clear view of the fenced-in area anymore – the surrounding trees block the view. A few buildings above the pond are still visible, but there's no sign of any habitable barrels.

The Liebenau parish church is dedicated to St. Joseph and belongs to the Unterweißenbach deanery. It was built in 1754/1755.

Every driver knows this long and high bridge from a trip to Weitra. I was also very impressed by it from below on my tour in the Lainsitztal. That's where you get the real impression of this structure. What I liked best was the fact that you can not only change sides of the road under the bridge here, but that you can also look directly at the bridge support. I've never seen it this close before.
