Neuf-Brisach is the city of the Sun King: it was founded in 1699 by the sole will of Louis XIV. Today, this citadel is considered Vauban's masterpiece. This used to be the Riegeler Brewery, which, according to its name, means "Riegeler Beer." There was also always an Oktoberfest with Bock beer. Today, there is an art exhibition, lofts for living, and even a small private brewery.
