St. James the Elder: This Baroque hall church was built around 1725 according to a design by Anton Kogler. It consists of the nave, the recessed, semicircular choir to the east, the sacristy to the east of the choir, and the church tower to the west. The facades are structured by pilasters. The church tower is topped by an onion dome. The interior was painted at the time of construction. The high altar is flanked by sculptures of John the Baptist and the Apostle Matthew.

In 1555, Eitting was a manorial estate belonging to the Offenheim family, whose previous owners acquired a Holy Blood relic and built a chapel for it. In 1558, a shrine "zum heyligen Pluet zu Eitting" is mentioned, and in the 1643 register, "capella ad Sanguinem Christi" is mentioned. The current Chapel of the Holy Blood was built in 1729 in place of the older building.
