Not a major highlight in itself, except here. Because you almost never get to the water in the lakes and ponds. Here, however, you are very close to the water of the wetland.

Beautiful hiking trail past the bird sanctuary. We saw bee-eaters and spoonbills. We also came across a turtle. Very pleasant hiking trails, although it can get a bit wet after rain. But highly recommended.

This secluded, quiet beach is easily accessible from the road. The golden sand invites you to rest for a while whilst the calm sea is ideal for swimming. You'll be grateful for the trees, which line the edge of the beach, especially in the height of summer.
