The chapel was demolished in 1692 due to its dilapidated condition. St. George's Church, a timber-framed building, was constructed on the site in 1696. After extensive renovations, St. George's Church was inaugurated as a concert hall in 1986 and now serves as a venue for concerts and exhibitions.

Very beautiful conversion of a historic half-timbered church into a concert hall.

Built and expanded between 1843 and the 1920s, the estate grew steadily and was used to breed cows, horses, pigs and sheep. The entire estate complex, consisting of the manor house, the distillery and the stables, is still partly surrounded by the old estate wall. The distillery was once used to produce alcohol from potatoes and beets.

A beautiful old church in half-timbered style

During the archaeological excavations on the castle grounds, finds were recovered that do not contradict a dating to the 13th or 14th century. The structure was made of limestone and half-timbered.
