Patras South Park (Notio Parko Patras) is a large green space located directly on the coast. Location: The park stretches along the coastal road Akti Dimeon and offers views of the Gulf of Patras. It features paved walking paths, children's playgrounds, a calisthenics area, as well as benches and picnic tables. The park is a popular spot for locals and tourists to walk, jog, cycle, or watch the sunset. It also frequently serves as a venue for local festivals and cultural events.

A nicely landscaped green area with a promenade along the water, parking facilities for visiting the nearby business center and various sculptures.

The former lighthouse is nestled in the waterfront park with a promenade and a beautiful sculpture park.

The highest peak of Mount Panahaikos is Palavos peak at 1926m. and it is visible only from the Prasoudi shelter and not directly from Patras because it is on the back side of the mountains. However, the view from the top is really amazing..

This path is included in the trail run race "Koumaria Trail" and it is in Omplos mountain.

The fine gravel beach and crystal clear water are inviting for a cooling dip, in a nice big park, surprisingly close to the city. If the proximity of the port and city should raise doubts of water quality, at least the views are nice and the mountains on the mainland side are stunning.
