A good starting point for a bike tour. There is a large, free parking lot directly at the harbor/district office on weekends.

It's a great atmosphere and you don't need the biggest wallet. It's just nice to linger and enjoy something.

The lighthouse is a very nice hotel with a good restaurant. You should definitely reserve a table on Sunday afternoon. The sunsets are fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful tour around Lake Senftenberg, easy level of difficulty and mostly shady. Gastronomy along the way is also sufficient and good. At the "leaning tower" it's worth climbing up to 32m and a goulash cannon awaits you with a view over the lake below. There are plenty of parking spaces with toilets all around.

Another insider tip....but definitely not for much longer. Nice water, sand and a small snack bar with a toilet....

If the circuit around Lake Senftenberg is too short for you: there is a connection to the circuit around Lake Geierswalde near Großkoschen.
