Nice winding MTB route - also the only permitted path for cyclists in this piece of forest. It consists of wide paths so that it can be cycled in two directions and is also good for gravel bikes. Halfway you cycle along a playful piece of sand with roots for some extra technical challenge, but nothing too crazy.

Next to the Vrijenbergerspreng runs the gravel road Vrijenbergerspreng (it's all in the name ;-)). A spring is an excavated natural water source on the Veluwe. The source itself is located on the east side of this segment and runs to the Apeldoorns Kanaal. The gravel road is in good and hard condition and is popular with many cyclists. It is not only a beautiful road through the forest, but you also pass a number of nice waterfalls, including the highest in the Netherlands ;-)
