"The Göllheimer Häuschen is one of the oldest inns in the North Palatinate. It was originally a Nassau hunting lodge, which, however, was leased to a certain Ludwig Klein at the end of the 18th century by Prince Carl Wilhelm zu Nassau as the "Inn on Göllheimer Straße". Later it was sold, but has always remained an inn." quoted from the inn's website: http://www.xn--gllheimer-huschen-0qb54a.de/ A Roman road used to run past the inn, coming from Stumpfwald via Göllheim to Worms. Reference: http://www.suehnekreuz.de/rhein/enkenbach.htm Today the inn is in Rosenthal's district (NOT part of Göllheim!) and belongs to the town of Kerzenheim in the Eisenberg association of municipalities.
