Klenze Park is worth a stop. Across the street, at the Cavalier Dalwigk monument, cannons were once cast. Today, you can enjoy the view of the Danube with a cool drink in the summer lounge. Be sure to check the opening hours.

The Konrad Adenauer Bridge in Ingolstadt is a four-lane road bridge over the Danube in the Mitte district. Like the Donausteg pedestrian bridge downstream, it connects the old town with Klenzepark. The girder bridge was opened in 1952 as the Danube Bridge and renamed the Konrad Adenauer Bridge in 1977. During the renovation carried out between 2001 and 2002, the entire superstructure of the bridge was replaced, among other things.
