The Belchenhaus was built in 1898 as a shelter below the Belchen summit. It is located at 1,360 meters and is therefore the highest inn and restaurant in Baden-Württemberg. Guests sometimes describe the south terrace in front of the house as one of the most beautiful tavern terraces in the Black Forest.

Camping Münstertal is a very nice and very clean campsite. On arrival the Workman takes the caravans to the pitch, a great service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. From here you can make great hikes or mountain bike tours. Guided tours of the site are also offered. The site also offers an outdoor/indoor pool, sauna and fitness room. I can only recommend 😊

I was born about 500m distance from here. You can be enchanted by this place. The view over the fertile Rhine plain to France in the Vosges, to the striking Belchen and to the Sirnitzkopf is a pleasure. The alpine restaurant has been run by local tenants since it was founded and offers Black Forest fare. It can be windy on the outside terrace, but great views. Inside the rustic dining room you should drink a "Chef Schnäpsle" (sometimes goes to the house) after eating.
