The ruins now have great information boards on which you can find the history of the castle and its builders as well as all kinds of information on the subject of castles. Highly recommended and brand new! Great photorealistic representations of the castle in its original state!

The Harburg Fairytale Trail was launched in 2019 on the initiative of Gabi Steger and is now being planned, built and maintained by numerous volunteers from Harburg. All figures are made by hand in many hours. Visiting the Harburg Fairytale Trail is free of charge and can be explored on your own at any time from May to October. Ms. Gabi Steger (e-mail: ga.steger@t-online.de) will be happy to offer special guided tours on the fairy tale trail. A notice: The paths on the Harburg Fairy Tale Trail, which is located in the area of Harburg Castle, are unfortunately not accessible with prams!
