We had a fantastic meal here after a strenuous climb and challenging descent. The food is a bit more expensive (Kaiserschmarn at just under 15 euros), but the portions are adequate and super tasty.

The root path is a dream for children It's not that far, and not unusually steep, and easy to walk. A little difficult in places for the little ones with their short legs. But together it works very well and they are always so sweet on the way back! 😴
