Since 1958, the power plant has supplied 3,500 households with electricity every year. A fish ladder was built next to the dam wall, which overcomes a height difference of eight meters.

Quite a nice section of the Isar cycle path. Can also be ridden easily with a normal trekking bike plus luggage. But with some bad sections of the entire bike path (source > mouth), I would have liked to have had my mountain bike.
