From the Elbe cycle path it is simply a great view of the ship-shaped castle rising up on top of a triangular rock in the shape of a ship with its tower and the Elbe with its meadows lying peacefully below in the valley.

The castle, or the oldest winery in Saxony, was built in the Baroque style in the 17th century and has been owned by Prinz zur Lippe, a member of the House of Lippe, a German noble family, since 1993. Prinz zur Lippe has lovingly restored and modernized the castle and surrounding winery, making the winery one of the most well-known in the region. During World War II, the castle was used by the Nazis and later occupied by the Red Army. In the 1950s, the castle was expropriated by the GDR and used as a farm.

Heinrichsburg is part of the Seusslitz Castle ensemble and the associated park, Luisenburg and Heinrichsburg. The Heinrichsburg is a simple garden house. The steps to the garden house are decorated in sandstone by the twelve months. In autumn 2020, the steps to Heinrichsburg were extensively renovated. History says that the house was named after Count Heinrich von Bünau.
