My first thought was: This is the tower from the fairy tale Rapunzel.

On the top of the Deutsche Bosel, the guest house and restaurant Boselspitze and the Boselturm cavort close together. On the other side of the Elbe you can see the Niederwartha pumped storage plant and the "Golden Gate" in front of it. If the trees are not too leafy, you can also look in the other direction to Meissen.
