Thanks to the renaturation of the Landbach, you can observe many water birds and nutrias here. Depending on the season and water level, different species can be found here. Storks also breed in the trees here during the summer.

It is a real joy to watch cattle grazing at an idyllic watering hole. This scene not only provides a glimpse into the natural behavior of these animals, but also conveys a sense of calm and harmony with nature.

Most of the pictures were taken on the old Neckar bed, I have also been able to observe and photograph birds there many times: But anyone who comes there now (August 2022) should not be disappointed, the water level is extremely low, now all we have to do is wait for the next rain.
