I'd rather go up than down. You have to be careful when going down. The views further up are really, really beautiful and the ascent was worth it at the latest!

At the southern end of the Old Bridge is the bridge gate, which is medieval in structure and flanked by twin towers that are 28 meters high. Originally it was integrated into the city fortifications.

If you want it short and fast, you just have to take the steep snake path. When it rains, the cobblestones quickly become slippery.
