The Anglican Church of St Mary, is just within Borwick’s boundary. The church, built in the gothic revival style, was built between 1894-1896.

Spanning the River Lune this magnificent three-arched bridge, probably dates from the 12th or 13th century, and is now a scheduled ancient monument. If you look closely you can see the supposed "W" shaped devil's handprint in the wall of the bridge.
