The Church of Our Lady of the Angels in Leipzig is a neo-Gothic church built in the early 20th century thanks to the dedication of the parish's residents and priests. Consecrated in 1914, it quickly suffered damage during World War I and later during World War II, but was always rebuilt and restored. Its distinctive façade with two towers and rich neo-Gothic interior give it a unique character. Noteworthy are the main altar dedicated to Our Lady of the Angels and the side altar with the miraculous 16th-century painting of Our Lady of the Basilica. It's truly worth stopping here.

The Paniewo Lock is the ninth lock along the 61st km of the Biebrza River and the only two-chamber lock on the Augustów Canal in Poland. The difference in elevation between Lake Paniewo and Lake Krzywe is 6.3 m.

Lake Studzieniczne in Augustów is a picturesque reservoir located in the heart of the Augustów Forest, which is part of the Augustów Canal trail. Surrounded mostly by pine forests and wetlands, it delights with its natural charm and varied coastline with several islands, including the Brzozowy Grąd reserve. On the southern shore is the famous Studzieniczna with the sanctuary of Our Lady of Studzieniczna, a popular place of pilgrimage and walks.

Lake Necko is a popular body of water located in Augustów, ideal for cyclists looking for a relaxing break by the water. There are picturesque trails around the lake that connect with the Augustów Forest and other trails, allowing for longer trips in a peaceful, forested environment. On site, you can use the city beach, rent a kayak or water bike, and relax in one of the many pubs on the shore. It is worth taking a padlock with you to secure your bike if you plan to stay by the water for a longer period.

Klonownica (Cicha Rzeka) – a river lying on the border of Augustów and the Nowinka commune in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. Klonownica connects the Necko and Białe Augustowskie lakes. According to various sources, the river is 550 to 800 meters long, which is why it is sometimes called the shortest river in Poland. The lock is very old, almost historic. Next to the lock, on the right as you look from the bridge, there is a beautiful historic building of the catchment board and in front of it the Museum of the Augustów Land.
