From Brockel, the cycle path that was built in the 1980s on the old railway line goes via Bretel to Wittorf. From Wittorf, you can reach Visselhövede directly via the cycle path on the B440. The very nice straight bike route on the former railway line from Rotenburg to Walsrode. The route from Wittorf to Brockel station is passable here. Former flyovers and railway bridges still exist on the route. The route leads directly through nature with forests, meadows and streams. In the middle near Neu-Brethel there is still the old platform with the former station building and a rest area with a shelter and information boards.
