From the east side of the Edertalsperre the very beautiful place can be reached via the route with the blue dot. Likewise the pulpit view of the dam of the Edersee. Ascent and descent are quite sporty for the first few meters. But it's worth it. Also because of the wonderful jungle of the national park.

On the small corner of unmown meadow with its wildflowers there were a lot of butterflies during our visit.

The pulpit with its four thrones and the refuge is a beautiful resting place with a wonderful view of the Edersee and Waldeck Castle.

Plateau on the way from the national park center to Quernst, nice place with a rest stop (covered), in the Fahrentriesch pavilion/Henning Hütte.
