Altenberg Cathedral is a central rest stop and landmark in the Dhünn Valley and one of the most beautiful Gothic churches in Germany. Inside, the 144-square-meter west window is well worth a visit – the largest church window north of the Alps. Public tours are offered regularly from March to October. The barrier - the barrier structure The dam in the south of Solingen is one of the oldest drinking water dams in Germany. In 1903 it was inaugurated.
