The Forsthaus Hohenroth is always a popular excursion destination. Some hiking and circular hiking trails start from here. It offers a beautiful, unfortunately (or fortunately) also very popular restaurant/café. The game reserve offers beautiful animal viewing, especially during the rutting season, and the attached woodland information center rounds off the offering. In some places, regional activities and programs also take place around the forester's lodge.
