A very beautiful, large branch of the Old Rhine – very idyllic in many places, with many small rowboats, a historic ferry, and many other features. A must-see and walk through.

Restaurant with a large outdoor area right next to the ferry and the Rhine promenade. Always very busy in good weather. Between the restaurant and the Rhine lies the Rhine promenade, which unfortunately is very busy here. The traffic jams caused by the many cars, motorcycles, and RVs searching for parking spaces significantly detract from the enjoyment of the Rhine.

The "main bike path" is great to ride and you can make good progress. The really beautiful corners are mostly on the side paths, which are usually not asphalted.
