The Johann-Waller-Hütte is a rustic hut below the Schöckl summit. The culinary offering is first class. There is classic home cooking, pastries and sometimes something unusual. Cold drinks are also available in the self-service corner outside opening hours. https://johannwallerhuette.at/

Wonderful food combined with a wonderful view. Host and staff are very attentive and friendly, really good service. I can also recommend the inn for an overnight stay.

The Tyrnauer Almhütte is at the foot of the Rote Wand at 1,350 meters. In addition to the good food, you can also enjoy pure entertainment here, as the host, Erich Mandl, rarely leaves his harmonica behind. As Alm-Erich, he shows his talent for music to hungry guests. There is no possibility of staying overnight at the hut.

The Stoakoglhütte is located on the Sommeralm in the middle of the largest contiguous alpine pasture area in Central Europe, surrounded by meadows and pastures. The centerpiece is the 250-year-old farmhouse parlor, which offers space for approx. 50 people and is supplemented by a cozy tiled stove.
