A well-maintained cycle path along the undeveloped shore of Lake Millstatt. Many beautiful views and benches invite you to linger.

The bays and shores of Lake Millstatt are very different. The western bay, with its rather built-up shoreline, contrasts with the mystical southern bay. To soak up these differences, a leisurely bike ride around the lake is recommended. I now prefer a clockwise cycle, as it brings you closer to the shore.

Very nice view and a wonderful mountain panorama. A worthwhile destination for a tour on a fantastic route. Really beautiful, a landscape worth seeing.

It's already low season here in mid-September and you can tell. Everything is quieter and you can enjoy the lake. No comparison to July and August.
