Langstögerberg (353 m) is a gentle hill in the Vienna Woods above Kritzendorf, accessible via pleasant forest and meadow paths. From the ridge, beautiful views of the Danube, Korneuburg, and the surrounding hills unfold. It's ideal for a short, scenic hike or as a stop on longer walks around Kritzendorf. I visited this hill as part of my "Dwarf Mountain Tours" series. My goal is to climb every hill in the Vienna Woods. The Tempelbergwarte is a lookout tower on the 403 m high Tempelberg between the towns of Altenberg and Hadersfeld in the market town of St. Andrä-Wördern in Lower Austria. I visited this mountain as part of my Dwarf Mountain Tour series. My goal is to climb every mountain in the Vienna Woods. Probably one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the Vienna Woods, it is definitely worth the detour from the Vienna Woods long-distance hiking trail 404.

The Kreuttal observation tower was built in 1985 by the working group for the promotion of the Unterolberndorf recreation area in the Kreutwald at 346m above sea level.

Observation tower is accessible again (January 2022). Very nice view of the eastern Weinviertel and Marchfeld. Unfortunately, the lookout point is a bit too low for the view to the west.
