Hiking along the Eifersbach stream in St. Johann feels like a little break from everyday life. The steady rush of the clear water accompanies you like a soothing carpet of sound, while the fresh, cool air from the waterfall invigorates the senses. The path winds through dense forest, with repeated glimpses of the roaring water cascading over rocks. It's a soothing blend of natural power and tranquility – a true experience for body and soul.

Beautiful path, great views and little experiences. Especially on hot sunny days, the path is easy to do thanks to the shady forests and cooling natural pools, even uphill with a child carrier. Maybe think about water shoes, because it can be very slippery in the waterfalls. And remember that in summer the last descent into the valley with the Almbahn is at 4:15 p.m., so start early enough if you want to have enough time at the top.

The Eifersbach waterfall can only be reached via the hiking trail. It is located in the middle of the forest and the water falls from an impressive height. You can take beautiful photos from the bridge.

It's easy to walk along here.

Not easy to walk, but worth the effort. Children between the ages of seven and twelve will have fun. Tip: take swimming trunks and towels for the children.

A beautiful natural monument. The Birnbach rises here at a height of 1291m. A lake in the Birnhorn massif is suspected. When the weather is nice, you are not alone here.
