The snack bar was built in 1968 and remains a popular year-round destination for leisurely hikers, gourmets, (e-)bikers, and cross-country skiers, located directly on the ephemeral Lottensee. Traditional, home-style Tyrolean cuisine and delicious refreshments are offered throughout the four seasons in the rustic parlor or on the cozy sun terrace.

The freely accessible lake is just a short walk above the village, in the middle of the forest at 1,295 m. In summer it heats up to 25 degrees and is therefore one of the warmest natural bathing lakes in Tyrol.

From Telfs via Pettnau “crisp ascent” through the forest to Mösern. From then on, a leisurely tour. The brakes should be OK downhill to Telfs 😉
