The Faux d'Enson observation tower is a 9 meter high concrete tower with metal stairs, built in 1989 by the Jura section of the Swiss Alpine Club. It is located at an altitude of 927 meters, at the summit of the Faux d'Enson mountain, which is part of the Mont-Terri range. From the tower, you enjoy a breathtaking view of the whole of Ajoie, as well as the border between France and Switzerland, marked by stone pillars. On a clear day, you can also see the Pays de Montbéliard, the Bernese Alps, the Vosges and the Black Forest. At the top of the tower, an orientation table allows you to identify landmarks on the horizon.

Fossilized dinosaur footprints were found during the construction of the Transjurane highway. An original plate is visible here - protected under a tent roof and separated by protective fences. For children (and children's heads) there is also a dinosaur next to it that you can ride. On the way to the fossilized prints there are many informative boards from the "Sentier didactique".(https://www.jurassica.ch/fr/Satellites/Sentier-didactique/Sentier-didactique.html). Start of the nature trail at the roundabout in front of the “3 Chevenez” motorway entrance. Freely accessible from April to October.

One of the mountain pass of the Ajoie district in the Jura Canton. Nice view of the valley, and from you can slide downhill to the Doubs river and pedal flat, straight to the Medieval city of Saint Ursanne. Or go 7km downhill to the beautiful city of Porrentruy and its castle.
