You can park your car just after the northern roundabout and reach the waterfall in 10 minutes on foot.

We did the tour without a guide – looking back, it was very challenging. After the first three waterfalls, the terrain became steep, muddy, and slippery. At times, we had to climb over wet rocks and streams, and downhill, there were often only roots to hold on to. The trail is poorly marked – we oriented ourselves using red scraps of fabric and dots. GPS became unreliable at one point. A guide we met at the last waterfall advised us to stop following our route and descend over the rocks. He said there wasn't enough time to turn back (it gets dark after 6:00 PM in July). Ultimately, it was a good decision, even though we had to climb here. Insect repellent is mandatory – mosquitoes and spiders are constant companions in the jungle. It's essential to bring long clothing, sturdy shoes, and sufficient equipment. Conclusion: An exciting but very demanding tour. Only for experienced hikers – safer with a guide.

We completed the loop downstream in about 5 hours. From the fourth waterfall onward, we were alone, and the trail was no longer so easily visible. Overgrown paths and fallen trees made the loop more difficult at the end. Not to be underestimated!

I can only agree with everyone. It's not a beginner's tour. Above all, it was dry during our hike. I don't even want to imagine what it would have looked like if the mud had still been wet. Luckily, we had proper hiking boots with sturdy soles. Was it worth it? YES, definitely!! Incredibly beautiful views and magnificent panoramas. Still, a few... ...tips/recommendations: - very steep ascents and descents. Climbing isn't hiking. More like climbing. - sturdy footwear is a must (especially on wet ground) - also make sure your hands are free for the ascent and descent. - the next day, you'll be covered in mosquito bites, so long clothing is recommended. - the tour guide is recommended for inexperienced hikers (unfortunately, I saw two people take a wrong turn and continue for two meters, plus it was raining, and it became extremely steep and slippery, and it could have ended differently). - make the map available offline on Google Maps and Komoot. There are usually enough people around that you can always ask someone, but reception was sometimes very poor (iPhone 15 Pro/my t)

Beautiful, but be careful, the times given for the entire waterfall circuit shown are not correct (without a guide, only with Komoot)! We - really not unathletic - needed 6 hours instead of the stated 1:59, a couple running in the opposite direction, whom we met twice, even needed 8! Because of the underestimated time, we didn't have enough to drink with us, so it's better to take too much with you! Be prepared for some climbing on rocky stream slopes, because the main category "hiking trail" does not apply, shortly after the upper falls it becomes largely impassable, confusing and mediocrely marked terrain.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do a circular tour of the waterfall. If you come from above, there is no path to get to the lower part of the waterfall. Although it is only a few hundred meters 🤔
