This memorial arch was deliberately designed to resemble a simplified version of the Arch of Titus in Rome, Italy; it commemorates the arrival of George Washington and his Continental Army to Valley Forge.

Chester Valley Trail is an almost 19-mile long trail. The trail is paved and is part of the Circuit Trails, which is a network of almost 800 miles of trails around greater Philadelphia.

The Lower Perkiomen Valley Park is a 107 acre park in Upper Providence Township. From the park, there is access to the Perkiomen Trail, great views of the Perkiomen Creek and several nature trails.

The Knox Covered Bridge is a beautiful bridge over Valley Creek. It was originally built in 1851 and was recently refurbished.

The Valley Creek Trail is a 3-mile long multiuse trail that parallels the creek with the same name. The surface of the path is gravel and is well maintained.

The Chapel Trail is a popular, mixed use trail that runs parallel to the Schuylkill River. There are some ups and downs on the trail, but is not a particularly challenging trail.

The Cedar Hollow Road Park is a small park along Little Valley Creek. The park is mostly green space, but there are some picnic tables, so it is a good spot for a break.

With over 3,500 acres of wildlife, history, and monuments dedicated to the memories of the Revolutionary War, there's a lot to explore in Valley Forge National Historic Park. Stopping by the visitor center (even if it's just in the middle of your ride) can help you plan the type of loop you're looking for.
