Very beautiful and rustic mountain hut with a great view, very good food and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended for a stopover or overnight stay!

A super cozy hut with a perfect view of the valley and an unobstructed view. The food is excellent and the hut owners are super friendly. The restrooms take some getting used to, as the older and younger guests have to be separated. Unfortunately, this can sometimes cause a rather strong smell. Highly recommended nonetheless!

Great hut! If you stay overnight, you should definitely hike up the Sonnenspitze again in the evening to watch the spectacular sunset.

Small and cozy, classic mountain hut with mattresses and bunk beds. Water is scarce, so there is no shower or separate toilet. From the sun terrace, you have a great view of the valley. With breakfast from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. and dinner at 7 p.m., it's perfect for long hikes. There's a small menu with simple mountain dishes. Breakfast is served as a buffet – as much as you like. Packed lunches are available upon request for a fee, with prior notice the evening before. Very friendly welcome! Card payment for meals is accepted. The overnight fee can only be paid in cash. There is good cell phone reception, including data, but no Wi-Fi.
